Is the IM19 an electric motorhome?
The IM19 is a towable, on-road hardtop travel trailer. “All-electric living” describes its onboard energy system and living equipment. It does not describe an electric drive system.
What powers the onboard living equipment?
The specification lists a 48 V / 314 Ah lithium battery rated at 16 kWh, a 10 kW inverter and a 120/240 V power supply. The solar array consists of six 520 W panels.
How long can I stay on battery power?
Runtime depends on the appliances you use, battery conditions and the solar energy available. No fixed off-grid duration is specified.
What is the difference between the chassis options?
The AL-KO version lists overrun brakes, 185R14C tires and a maximum design gross mass of 2800 kg. The in-house version lists independent suspension, height-adjustable airbags, a DO35 coupling, 235/70R15 tires and a maximum design gross mass of 3000 kg. See the full comparison above.
